Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.  
  • Respond to, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.  
  • Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and application.  
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.  
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access.
  • Document issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records of support activities.  
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.  
  • Provide on-site or remote after hours assistance as required.  
  • Ensure users are informed of the status of their requests and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on IT best practices and emerging technologies to improve support services and help drive efficiency.
