We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Clerk  to join a dynamic farming operation. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in supporting both administrative and financial functions within an agricultural environment.   Key Responsibilities Data Capture Capture milk volumes, cow numbers, calvings, and other operational metrics on 4th Quadrant Submit monthly Eskom meter readings Human Resources Support Organise and maintain employee files Develop and manage documentation checklists Assist with employment contracts Support coordination of Health & Safety and Employment Equity meetings Capture timesheets and payroll-related data Invoices & General Administration Sort and file invoices alphabetically Follow up on outstanding invoices Credit & Insurance Assist with credit applications and insurance claims Diesel Usage Reporting Maintain diesel usage data via the SFP App Prepare data for SARS submissions Monitor and report on fuel consumption trends Vehicle Services & Licensing Track vehicle hours/kilometres via the SFP App Schedule vehicle servicing with service providers Ensure all vehicles are licensed and records kept up to date Ordering & Supplies Place orders for feed, diesel, and fertiliser Filing & Records Management Maintain up-to-date financial and administrative filing systems Assist with archiving of records Accreditation Support Assist with agricultural accreditations such as GlobalG.A.P. and SIZA   Requirements Strong administrative and accurate data capture skills High attention to detail with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Good communication and organisational skills Previous experience in a farming or agricultural environment will be advantageous
