Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and purpose-driven internal salesperson to join our tile and lifestyle retail team. This individual must have a flair for interior design, a genuine love for beautiful spaces, and the ability to connect with clients, helping them envision their dream homes. The role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, and strong closing ability—ideal for someone who sees retail not just as a job, but as a creative and career-driven space. We are looking for a creative and stylish person with an enthusiasm to succeed. Must be stylish and embody our values, mission statement and core values.
Key Competencies:
• Strong interest or background in interior design or décor
• Natural ability to build inspire clients
• Driven by success, targets, and self-improvement
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to learn product specs (tiles, sanitaryware, flooring, etc.)
• Comfortable working on floor plans, mood boards, or 3D renders (basic level is okay)
• Capable of managing quotes, follow-ups, and order processing
• Team player with a can-do, client-first attitude
Minimum Requirements:
• Formal training or experience in interior design, architecture, or visual merchandising (preferred but not essential if they have a good eye and passion)
• Two years in retail sales (preferably in lifestyle/home improvement), tile selling and Sanware selling experience, essential
• Proven ability to close sales and reach targets
• Proficient in MS Office , excel and huge bonus if ever worked IQ retail.
• Well-groomed, stylish, and professional – represents the lifestyle brand image
