Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mossel Bay for an NQF4 Property Practitioner. The responsibilities include generating leads, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and the local community. The role requires conducting market analyses, preparing property listings, organizing viewings, and negotiating terms of sales agreements. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in property marketing, sales strategies, and property law compliance to deliver professional real estate services.
• Proven organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills for scheduling property viewings and managing transactions.
• Ability to perform comparative market analysis and basic financial knowledge to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Prior experience in property sales, rentals, or consulting will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry, with an existing NQF4 qualification or willingness to complete certification.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as property portals, CRM systems, and social media for property marketing is highly beneficial.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
