Position: Control Room Operator is need in Centurion and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CCTV surveillance, data capturing, radio control, and alarm monitoring.
  • Operate alarm monitoring software and Online Information Management Systems.
  • Manage and monitor Cathexis & IVMS CCTV Camera Systems.
  • Ensure building security and perform lock procedures.
  • React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Report problems and information to appropriate personnel.
  • Write clear and accurate reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Matric/Grade 12 Equivalent - Advantageous.
  • Valid PSIRA Grade A
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
  • Administrator-level skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with CCTV systems and alarm monitoring software.
  • Strong decision-making abilities with minimal management input.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to instructions, procedures, and policies.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Body Language certificate - Advantageous.
