**Requirements**:

- 10+ years experience in the COO/CFO role with verifiable achievements
- BCom Hons - preferable
- Google Suite proficiency
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business financial planning
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong operations and financial management skills
- Bachelor’s degree (with Hons) in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred
- Building and maintaining financial models
- A natural curiosity and a “big picture” mentality
- Excellent spoken and written communication and experience partnering with an executive team
- Certified designations
- Management & Oversight of a young enthusiastic team

**Objectives of this Role**
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and financial strategy
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met

**Responsibilities - CFO**
- Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves targets relative to growth and profitability
- Monitor performance with tracking metrics and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Carry out financial review and develop strategies to reach company benchmarks and ensure profitability and sustainability

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities - COO**
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with management, staff, key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
