Our client a leading dental practice in Newlands, Cape Town, is looking for a warm, organised, and tech-savvy Dental Receptionist to be the friendly face of their front desk. If you've got top-notch communication skills, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this is your chance to join a team that blends beautiful dentistry with genuine care.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Dental care coordination
  • Providing excellent phone etiquette
  • Communicate with patients via email, phone and WhatsApp
  • Handling payments
  • General receptionist duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Receptionist Duties proficiency
  • Appointment Scheduling and Dental Care skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy skills and able to work on multiple different systems
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Must be a team player and work well in a big team environment
