We are seeking an energetic, organised, and dynamic Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. About the Role As the face and voice of our practice, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and professional experience for every patient. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, assist with communication between patients, clinicians, and laboratories, and support the team with general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Communicate with patients to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow Follow up on outstanding accounts and assist with billing queries Liaise with dental laboratories for case deliveries and collections Manage patient files and general administrative tasks Support the team with day‑to‑day practice coordination Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent computer literacy and organisational ability Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment Professional and friendly demeanour Preferred Skills Experience with GoodX Practice Management Software Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Comfort with digital and phone based communication If you are motivated, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working in a patient‑focused, modern practice, we'd love to hear from you.
