What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and deliver accurate, on-time reports
  • Forecast volumes, resources & headcount
  • Optimize daily, weekly & monthly schedules
  • Monitor attrition trends & staffing needs
  • Maintain and back up management info systems
  • Centralize data into a single repository

Requirements

  • Matric or NQF equivalent
  • 6+ months in RTA or similar role
  • Avaya / Genesys knowledge
  • SQL / Crystal Reports a plus
  • MS Access & Excel – intermediate level
