Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Administrator / Product Support Specialist to manage hosting environments, support our digital products, and assist clients with technical issues in a clear and friendly way. This role combines system administration, product troubleshooting, and customer-facing support, ensuring our platforms run smoothly and clients receive reliable, practical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Support (Primary)


• Provide technical support for our products and hosting services


• Investigate and resolve client issues through email, chat, tickets or WhatsApp


• Guide clients through product features, setup steps, and best practices


• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary


• Document common issues and contribute to knowledge base articles

Systems Administration (Hosting & Infrastructure)


• Manage and troubleshoot hosting environments: cPanel, KonsoleH, DirectAdmin


• Maintain DNS configurations: A, MX, CNAME, TXT, SPF, DKIM, DMARC


• Set up and manage Cloudflare: DNS, SSL, caching, performance rules


• Assist with server-level tasks (file permissions, logs, backups)


• Perform basic security checks and site monitoring


• Support website and email migrations

Email & Domain Management


• Setup and support email accounts on PC, Mac, iOS and Android


• Fix common email issues (connection errors, passwords, spam, blocked ports)


• Assist with domain registrations, transfers, renewals


• Manage SSL certificates (installation, renewal, troubleshooting)

Website & Application Support


• Provide basic support for WordPress websites (updates, plugin checks, simple fixes)


• Run basic on-page SEO checks (titles, metadata, speed suggestions – advantage)


• Assist with website uploads, backups and restores


• Use FTP/SSH for simple tasks when needed

Client Communication & Coordination


• Provide friendly, clear technical guidance to clients


• Translate technical details into understandable steps


• Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely updates


• Collaborate with developers, designers or product teams when issues need escalation

Minimum Requirements


• 1–3 years experience in IT, hosting support, or technical product support


• Strong understanding of hosting panels (cPanel/KonsoleH/DirectAdmin)


• Good understanding of DNS basics


• Email setup and troubleshooting experience


• Basic familiarity with WordPress


• Ability to use FTP tools (FileZilla, Cyberduck)
