Our client is a leading provider of innovative technology and packaging solutions for the agriculture sector. They're looking for a Business Developer to drive new business growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new customers to meet annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for agri-tech solutions
  • Identify and close opportunities for returnable packaging and equipment supply
  • Maintain strong client relationships and resolve queries proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, including 3 years in agricultural supply chain
  • Understanding of web/mobile applications, RFID/barcode technology, IoT devices, and GPS tracking
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills
  • Advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused
