Home Based, South Africa Fill Your Clinic Full time R300 000 - R600 000 per year

Hey, we are Sovrin, a team that builds commercial systems for independent creators. Too many creators have strong, engaged audiences but lack the infrastructure to turn that attention into predictable revenue. Sovrin helps them build products, offers, and businesses they fully own, so their income isn't reliant on platforms, sponsors, or unpredictable algorithms.

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Growth Operator to help us find the right creators, understand their audience, and send outreach that actually gets responses. You'll identify creators which align with our mission, spot commercial opportunities, draft messages and follow-ups, track replies, and keep the pipeline organised. You'll also keep an eye on creator activity, and help prepare basic documents when conversations progress. If you can think clearly, write well, and stay on top of moving parts, you're the type of person we're looking for.

Responsibilities:

  • Creator Intelligence: Learn creators quickly. Break down their audience, message, momentum, and commercial gaps.
  • Creator Outreach: Write clean, personalised outreach that gets replies, not ignored.
  • Pipeline Control: Keep leads organised, conversations tracked, and follow-ups tight.
  • Timing & Momentum: Know when a creator is heating up, slowing down, or ripe for a conversation.
  • Deal Support: Assist with building proposals and internal assets that help close opportunities.

  • Creator-Aware: You follow the creator world enough to know who's relevant and why.

Compensation:

R300,000 per annum

Full-time role

Remote (South Africa)

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
