RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to oversee operations in a leading steel manufacturing company. This role is essential for driving engineering innovations and ensuring operational efficiency within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering initiatives for new product development and process improvement
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of growth and innovation
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and reduce costs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering roles within the steel manufacturing industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
