Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the City of Cape Town for a Salesperson. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, negotiating sales contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing product information and support, and working with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer relations, and account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical details of machining and steel fabrication
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • A valid driver's license
  • Red Seal Artisan will be a bonus
  • Able to work overtime and weekends on short notice
