Are you driven by transforming complex operations into streamlined, efficient, future-fit business capabilities? Our client is seeking a senior leader to drive process optimisation, operational alignment, and strategic business enablement across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business enablement and transformation strategies
  • Identify business process re-engineering opportunities and design solutions to automate or digitise processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, standardisation, automation, and digitisation
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership in embedding leading-edge quality programmes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and align solutions to organisational needs
  • Oversee and execute enterprise projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring effective delivery within scope, time, budget, and risk parameters
  • Manage project scope and change processes to ensure successful project landing
  • Facilitate change management strategies and interventions to support organisational culture and business transformation

Requirements:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualification (NQF 8) in Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years at Senior Management level
  • Proven track record in project and/or programme management from feasibility to full implementation
  • Strong understanding of process re-engineering principles and SDLC methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver operational benefits across cost, time, quality, and risk
  • Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies
