Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full financial oversight of SA, East Africa and Asia
  • Ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of management and financial accounting for the Africa and Asia Region
  • Lead country financial managers, ensuring adherence to budget, month end, and tax deadlines
  • Provide oversight and guidance on budgeting, monthly financial performance, customer proposals, accounts receivable, tax compliance, and internal controls
  • Investor grade reporting, including board packs, dashboards, and financial models
  • Leverage corporate resources to support projects and process improvements
  • M&A activities
  • Drive strategies to enhance market performance, improve efficiency, and address operational challenges
  • Report to board
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • CA(SA) or CIMA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, at least 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience with 4 years as a Financial Director or CFO in a multifaceted organization
  • Ideally experience leading international finance teams in Africa and Asia
  • IFRS, Tax Compliance and Risk Management
  • Stakeholder and Board Engagement
