Join one of the biggest brands in Early Childhood Education We are seeking a Center Director with experience in the Early Childhood Education field to join our team. Prior experience as a Center Director and Director 1 and 2 Credentials are required to be considered for this role. Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year commensurate with experience Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality teachers who are committed to our mission and values. Ensure that all teachers are professionally trained, supported, and equipped with the resources they need to provide an exceptional learning experience for children. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among teachers and encourage ongoing professional development and growth. Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure that they are informed and engaged in their child’s learning and development. Manage the center’s budget, including financial planning and reporting, and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field. At least 2 years of experience managing preschools.
