**Role Description

Role description**
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Commercial or Industrial broker at Grove Properties with flexibility for some remote work.

The role involves managing property transactions, fostering client relationships, doing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are looking for talented Commercial / Industrial brokers that are willing to put in the work to build an exceptional career with a track record of delivering exceptional results.

We offer an excellent commission based remuneration structure with ample opportunities for growth and a excellent team, ample support and culture.

Your focus area and sector to be discussed and agreed with flexibility to sell anywhere in the Western Cape, so get in touch if you fit the profile.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Proven track record in property sales and acquisitions
  • Familiarity with property management practices
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field a bonus
  • NQF4 and active FFC
