We are looking for a senior sales leader with proven experience in managing sales teams, processes, and strategy for a technology-driven business. If you've held a managerial or scenario leadership role, driven revenue growth, and scaled sales teams, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote sales team.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize scalable sales strategies to grow Freemium users and convert them into paying subscribers.
  • Own and manage sales processes, tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, sales funnels, and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key metrics, drive revenue, and report directly to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within SaaS or tech platforms.
  • Strong track record in managing teams, processes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales preferred.
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Compensation

£30,000 per annum OTE (On-Target Earnings) – with potential to grow as you drive success.
