Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Facilitator specializing in Electricians Work. The position is located in Brakpan. The Learning Facilitator will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for aspiring and professional electricians. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting theory and practical sessions, assessing learners' progress, providing feedback, and ensuring that all training complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electricians Work, including practical and theoretical knowledge
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Relevant certification or accreditation in the field of electrical work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have SETA Facilitator / Assessor Accreditation.
