As the person in charge of our food offering, you will be responsible for:

· Ensuring that our freshly prepared food offerings meet the highest standards.

· Calculating food costs, setting selling prices, and creating innovative recipes.

· Implementing and overseeing the execution of these recipes.

· Providing training and guidance to our kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

· Driving profitability and sales growth through culinary innovation.

· Maintaining an unwavering focus on food quality, taste, and presentation.

· Managing the food department in its entirety, including managing staff, ordering ingredients, stock control, quality control and day to day operations.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

· Formal culinary training, or hands on experience with producing high quality food in large quantities.

· Proven experience in menu development, food cost analysis, and pricing strategies.

· Strong leadership and management skills to guide and inspire a culinary team.

· A passion for quality, taste, and presentation.

· A track record of driving culinary innovation and achieving sales growth.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· High energy and a desire to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
