Job Title: Internal / External Sales Representatives

Position: Internal / External Sales Representatives

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Internal Sales:

  • Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Actively prospect and cold call to generate leads and secure new accounts
  • Train and support internal teams on product knowledge and selling techniques.

External Sales:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Present our product offerings effectively to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's client base.
  • Manage and maintain a strong client base

Required Skills and Experience:

· 2+ years experience in Sales - preferably in the stationery or office supplies industry.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Works well under pressure.

· A valid driver's license (for External Sales).

· Knowledge working with Pastel Accounting (Preferably).
