What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Supervising the SHEQ processes in the inventory and production team of the site to achieve safety targets, building commitment to sustain improvements in SHEQ and champion safety initiatives
• You take ownership of customer service as measured by the Delivered in Full on Time (DIFOT), On the Shelf Availability (OTSA), and Replenished in Full on Time (RIFOT) measure, to ensure the company targets are met or exceeded
• You supervise the production activities of the site, as well as adherence to company standards in respect of product quality establishing and maintaining effective communication systems with employees, customers and suppliers and supplying warehouses
• You are responsible for of customer service as measured by the Delivered in Full on Time (DIFOT), On the Shelf Availability (OTSA), and Replenished in Full on Time (RIFOT) measure, to ensure the company targets are met or exceeded
• You provide inspirational leadership to and effectively supervise, the inventory and production team in a manner that meets all company HR standards, including assisting with the recruitment and induction of new employees
• Furthermore, ensuring appropriate actions are implemented to address audit findings, outcomes from accidents and near miss investigations

What Makes You Great

• You possess a technical qualification or equivalent with several years' experience in a relevant management position in a production environment
• Strong people management, leadership and interpersonal skills are essential
• You have knowledge of the Afrox range of products, processes and systems would be a further requirement
• In addition, you have the required skills include strong analytical and communication skills, further critical competencies include performance through people, partnership building, influencing, customer intimacy, information sharing, growth drive and change leadership
