Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the travel industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company clientele.
  • Create and present tailored sales proposals to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and communication with clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Travel or Tourism or a related field.
Desired Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize sales approaches effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: R22,000 - R28,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
