As our
Housekeeping Supervisor

, you'll ensure all properties are spotless, well-prepared, and meet our guests' expectations. You'll oversee the housekeeping team, conduct detailed inspections, and maintain the "white glove" standard our brand is known for.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team in daily cleaning operations.
  • Inspect properties before guest arrivals to ensure everything is in pristine condition.
  • Perform thorough exit inspections upon guest departures.
  • Conduct regular property checks to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and ensure efficient task distribution.
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeepers to deliver consistent, top-quality service.
  • Liaise with the Operations and Property Manager to address property needs and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Represent the company professionally when meeting guests — well-spoken, courteous, and attentive to detail.
  • Track and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Uphold white glove standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience

in housekeeping supervision or a similar role.
- Strong
leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Well-presented and well-spoken

, with a professional approach when engaging with guests.
- Excellent
attention to detail

and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (advantageous).
