Job Description

This full-time on-site role, located in the City of Johannesburg, is for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. They will manage cash flow, analyze financial performance, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial advice to senior management. Additionally, the Finance Manager will develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the financial health and stability of the company.

Qualifications

  • Financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting skills
  • Experience in cash flow management and financial performance analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Strategic financial advice and policy development skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA qualification is a plus
  • Experience in the energy or technology sector is an advantage
  • Able to create applications for funding and finance
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Payroll Experience including shift hour reporting
  • Management Accounts, Budgets and Cash (in/out) flow
  • Secretarial Functions of the group and associated companies
  • SARS Functions, PAYE, Workmans Compensation
  • Overall company financial optimization
