An opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must be a registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a strong background in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
  • Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience in a financial management role
  • Residing in or near Pretoria
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and statutory reporting

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Have experience and knowledge in the mining industry
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage teams and work effectively with senior management
  • Ability to establish and implement accounting systems for a growing business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full financial management function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
  • Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making and business growth
  • Manage audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R75 000,00 per month
