Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused CLI Administrator to play a key role in managing data, handling client communication, and supporting internal operations. This position requires someone who excels in accuracy, service excellence, and relationship-building.

Location: Lynnwood Salary: R15 000 – R25 000  Available Positions: 2 Start Date: January 2026 Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Communication
  • Handle client queries professionally via phone and email.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and friendly service.

  • Actively listen to client needs and address concerns effectively.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved to their satisfaction.

Data Processing & Record Management
  • Accurately capture and maintain data across multiple databases and systems.

  • Process and maintain up-to-date client information, records, and payment documentation.

  • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of all data.

  • Monitor client progress and resolve any data inconsistencies.

Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to various teams including finance, sales, and aftersales.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.

  • Assist with general filing, documentation, and record organisation.

Credit Provider Communication
  • Communicate with credit providers to negotiate payment terms on behalf of clients.

  • Track client progress and maintain accurate schedules and follow-ups.

Job Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.

  • Experience in administration, data management, or customer service (advantageous).

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and professional email communication.

  • Ability to work accurately and maintain high levels of organisation.

  • Reliable Transport

  • Hanteer kliëntnavrae professioneel via telefoon en e-pos.

  • Bou en handhaaf sterk kliënteverhoudings deur vinnige en vriendelike diens.

  • Luister aktief na kliënte se behoeftes en spreek bekommernisse effektief aan.

  • Verwys komplekse kwessies na toepaslike departemente wanneer nodig.

  • Volg op met kliënte om te verseker dat hul navrae suksesvol opgelos is.

Datahantering & Rekords
  • Voer data akkuraat in én onderhou dit in verskeie databasisse en stelsels.

  • Verwerk en onderhou akkurate kliëntinligting, betalingsdokumentasie en verwante rekords.

  • Sorg vir die vertroulikheid, integriteit en akkuraatheid van alle data.

  • Monitor kliënte se vordering en spreek enige data-onkonsekwenthede onmiddellik aan.

Administratiewe Ondersteuning
  • Bied administratiewe ondersteuning aan verskeie spanne (finansies, verkope, naverkope, ens.).

  • Verseker doeltreffende samewerking met interne spanne vir gladde werkvloeie.

  • Assisteer met algemene lêerwerk, rekordbestuur en dokumentasie.

Kredietverskaffer-Kommunikasie
  • Kommunikeer met kredietverskaffers om betalingsvoorwaardes namens kliënte te onderhandel.

  • Verseker akkurate skedules en betydse opvolging tussen alle rolspelers.

Pos Vereistes
  • Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).

  • Sterk kennis van MS Office.

  • Ervaring in administrasie, datahantering of kliëntediens (voorkeur).

  • Uitstekende telefoonettiket en professionele e-poskommunikasie.

  • Vermoë om akkuraat en georganiseerd te werk in 'n vinnige omgewing.

  • Betroubare vervoer
