Job Title: CLI Claims Administrator
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused CLI Claims Administrator to play a key role in managing claims data, client communication, and internal operations. This position requires someone who excels in accuracy, service excellence, and relationship-building.

Salary: R15 000 – R depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture and maintain claim-related data across internal systems and databases.
Handle client and creditor inquiries regarding claim status, documentation, and process requirements.
Verify and process claim documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Provide administrative and operational support to the claims teams.
Handle client queries professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow up with clients and insurers to ensure claims are progressing and resolved within expected timelines.
Communicate with credit providers and insurers to confirm balances, policy details, and settlement terms.
Track claim progress, update records accurately, and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in claims administration, customer service, or data management is advantageous.
Excellent telephone etiquette and professional email communication.
Ability to work accurately and maintain high levels of organisation.
Reliable transport.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.

Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).
