Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize automated workflows to support business objectives.
- Build integrations between platforms to ensure accurate and efficient data synchronization.
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance process efficiency.
- Stay current with automation tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Write and build documentation across all areas of automation work you touch helping document processes and SOPs.
Requirements
- Proven experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., , Zapier, n8n, HubSpot automations, etc.).
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with scripting or development languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
- Understanding of API integrations and data management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience implementing process automation in marketing, operations, or CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to write thorough documentation on workflows, automations, and processes.
