The Role

A senior leadership position combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Create unforgettable guest experiences whilst maximizing direct-to-consumer revenue across the estate.

You'll Handle:

  • Cellar door operations and premium guest experiences
  • Wine sales strategy across all estate touchpoints
  • Wine club development and CRM management
  • Team training in wine knowledge and service excellence
  • VIP experiences, events, and industry representation
  • Budget management and sales analytics

You Have:

  • 3+ years wine industry hospitality experience with proven sales leadership
  • Extensive wine knowledge, especially South African wine and Walker Bay terroir
  • Track record exceeding sales targets in premium/luxury environments
  • Team leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication skills for VIP clientele engagement
  • Financial acumen and proficiency with POS, CRM, MS Office systems
