Exec-Air Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors is seeking a new multi-skilled Junior Sales And Marketing position, we are located in the Krugersdorp area.

Responsibilities & duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and qualify potential leads.

* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, refine messaging, and share best practices for maximizing sales effectiveness.

* Thorough knowledge of sales processes and sales administration.

* Dealing telephonically with external customers on queries and order/delivery requirements.

* Design and execute compelling email campaigns.

* Graphic design using Canva Pro or preferred application.

* Ability to write copy for various platforms (Short and long).

* Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets.

* Strategize and Manage all social media channels, content, and calendar, including sourcing content, writing an engaging copy, and video assets.

* Manage Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Console.

* Providing regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

* Manage the entire website including updating prices, adding new products, and editing the website as needed; use strategic tools as needed to drive traffic, secure leads, and conversions.

* Maintain accurate stock levels by updating inventory counts as products are added or sold.

* Process and maintain sales orders in line with company policies on all platforms.

* Stay up-to-date on e-commerce best practices and platform updates.

* Highly self-motivated and results-driven.

* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful digital campaigns.

Hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok, and YouTube.

Diploma in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing would be an advantage
