Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Honeydew, Johannesburg for a Property Practitioner. The responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting property viewings, building and maintaining client relationships, providing professional advice on buying, and negotiating deals. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets with a proactive and client-centered approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Building
  • Real Estate knowledge, including property market trends and regulations
  • Organizational and Time-Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in general computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay motivated
  • Previous experience in property sales or rentals is an advantage
  • Valid real estate practitioner certification/license (if applicable in the region)
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel locally
