Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Receipting and processing of export sales orders
  • Preparation of export documents
  • Take full ownership of communication with colleagues, customers and export service providers.
  • Monitor and control debtor status, attend to debtor queries.
  • Manage all documentation, communication and status flow for nominated customers.
  • Ensure customer status updates.
  • Handle customer queries.
  • Cooperate with and ensure close communication with colleagues, managers and customers.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience

  • 2 years or more with relevant export experience
  • Haz/Dangerous goods shipping experience
  • Exposure to FCL/LCL/Road freight/Air freight shipments

Computer experience required:

Syspro or similar

Export software exposure

Microsoft office

Qualification:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Haz/Dangerous Goods Certification an advantage
