What We're Looking For:
 We're seeking an experienced Property Host to manage our self-catering properties located in the stunning Atlantic Seaboard and Cape Town CBD. If you enjoy meeting guests, learning new things, and building a positive company culture, this could be the perfect role for you

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence and Vehicle (REQUIRED)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Reside within a 15km radius of the Atlantic Seaboard/Cape Town CBD
  • Familiarity with self-catering apartments or Airbnb procedures
  • Grade 12 qualification additional hospitality-related qualifications (advantageous)
  • Minor maintenance skills (advantageous)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bookings for guest check-ins and ensure all details are managed efficiently.
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful environment for all guests.
  • Manage daily arrivals and departures, conducting check-ins and check-outs using our property management system and WhatsApp.
  • Inspect properties before guest arrivals to ensure everything is in pristine condition.
  • Perform thorough exit inspections upon guest departures.
  • Occasionally assist with late-night check-ins, especially for international guests.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (on-site)
  • Occasional Sundays and rotating shifts, including some late check-ins (after midnight) for international guests.
