, you'll be the face of our brand, welcoming Guests with warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of pride in the properties we manage. This is more than a front-desk role – it's about being a storyteller, a problem-solver, and an ambassador for the Fluent standard.

What you'll do:

  • Greet and check in Guests with a confident, personal touch
  • Ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
  • Handle Guest requests and complaints with grace, urgency, and resolve.
  • Assist with pre-arrival communication and coordinate concierge requests.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and operations to ensure units are Guest-ready.
  • Go the extra mile to surprise and delight your Guests.

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages)
