Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Sales Representative with a passion for driving digital transformation in the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges of modern manufacturing and can demonstrate how Autodesk solutions, such as Autodesk Fusion, CAM, Inventor, Vault and advanced machining workflows, deliver real value to clients.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with manufacturers, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and guiding clients through the adoption of cutting-edge design and make technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, and client relationship building within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Autodesk Software, and related tools, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in business development techniques, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation.
- Ability to analyze client needs, provide consultative solutions, and form tailored plans to meet goals.
- Experience in the technology sector, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at working independently in both office and remote settings.
- Ability to manage CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage potential clients through calls, events, and webinars. Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately update and manage opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and clean data.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits, deliver product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly GP targets and maintain Autodesk sales and technical certifications.
- Industry-Focused Sales: Engage with manufacturing businesses to understand their workflows and present Autodesk solutions tailored to their needs.
