Dining Steward - Cruise Ship

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain tables and dining areas according to company standards

- Greet guests and assist them with seating

- Take food and beverage orders and serve meals to guests

- Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized

- Stock and replenish supplies in the dining areas

- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment

- Work closely with other crew members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

- Attend trainings and meetings as required by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service setting

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
