Warehouse Supervisor

**About the Role**
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with proven experience in warehouse operations? We are seeking a **highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team in the retail industry. In this role, you will lead warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage **day-to-day warehouse operations** to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- **Lead, train, and supervise** warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate **inventory management**, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Enforce **health and safety standards** to maintain a safe working environment.
- Optimize **warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilization** for maximum efficiency.
- Liaise with **suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments** (sales, fulfillment, purchasing, receiving, returns, listing, and customer service) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Manage **office-related operations**, including procurement, vendor relations, and facilities upkeep.
- Implement and maintain **inventory control systems**, conduct audits, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular **reports** on inventory, productivity, and warehouse performance.
- Monitor and control **operational expenses** within budget.
- Stay current with **industry best practices and technologies** to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field**.
- **3+ years’ experience** in warehouse management (retail industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of **inventory and warehouse management principles**.
- Proficiency in **WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)** and office productivity tools.
- Proven **leadership and team management skills**.
- Strong **problem-solving abilities** and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to collaborate across teams.
- Strong **organizational skills** with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of **health and safety compliance** in warehouse settings.
- Experience with **lean management or continuous improvement initiatives** (advantageous).
