Summary of Role
As our Global Services Account Executive, you are the engine of our new business growth. Based in Cape Town, you will drive full-cycle sales across Execo's diverse service ecosystem.
You aren't starting from scratch—our playbook, materials, and processes are already built and proven. Your job is to run the motion with precision, insight, and consistency. You will work directly with our CRO to translate client challenges into signed contracts (typically ranging from $30k to $250k), ensuring a seamless handover to our delivery teams.

Master the Portfolio Pivot
: You will be a versatile problem solver. In a single day, you might scope an AI data project, design an SDR team, and build a HubSpot support package.Lead Consultative Discovery
: You will drive thoughtful, deep discovery conversations to uncover the true client need, translating their pain points into scoped, high-value service solutions.Own the Full Cycle
: You will manage the entire journey—from initial interest to negotiation and closing. You'll maintain disciplined forecasting and hygiene in HubSpot to keep the revenue engine predictable.Orchestrate the Win
: You won't sell in a silo. You will partner with Marketing to nurture the pipeline and collabor
ate with Delivery Leads to ensure that the solution you sell is the solution we deliver.

You're a B2B Services Pro: You have
3-6 years of B2B sales experience
(specifically in professional services, outsourcing, or managed services). You understand how to sell people and processes, not just software.You Love Variety: You have the mental agility to switch contexts smoothly between different service lines (AI, CX, RevOps) and adapt to different buyer personas.
You're a Strong Writer: You have excellent written communication skills. You can craft clear scopes, compelling proposals, and precise commercial documentation.
