Role Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and your own creativity.
  • Book and run discovery meetings with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Build tailored proposals and demos that clearly show the value of our solution.
  • Negotiate and close deals with decision makers and buying committees.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities with accurate notes and forecasts.
  • Nurture and grow key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with Customer Success / Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and great service.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and feedback from the field.
  • Represent the brand professionally in every interaction online, on the phone, and in person.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (typically 2–5+ years) with a focus on new business / hunting.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quota and closing new logos.
  • Strong prospecting skills that you're comfortable cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discipline and organisation – you manage your pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups like a pro.
  • A genuine customer first mindset you care about solving problems, not just making the sale.
  • Resilience, coachability, and a competitive drive to win as part of a team.
