Role Description

This is a flexible role located in the City of Johannesburg for a Principal Property Practitioner. The Principal Property Practitioner will oversee property transactions, including sales, leasing, and management. Responsibilities include providing expert advice to clients, conducting property appraisals, managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and marketing property listings. The role will also involve mentoring and supporting junior property professionals.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions, leasing, and property appraisals
  • Skilled in client relationship management, customer communication, and negotiation
  • Experience with property marketing, including online listings and offline promotional strategies
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members within a real estate environment
  • Up-to-date understanding of regulatory requirements and market trends in the property sector
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate or property management are highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for property marketing and transaction management
