We are seeking a highly experienced and registered Professional Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role involves leading complex and high-impact mechanical engineering projects across various sectors, including building services, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial systems design.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.  Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and coordinate engineering assignments of significant scope and complexity.
• Provide technical direction across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Apply advanced engineering theories and principles to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Guide project planning, definition, and execution phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and technical forums.
• Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Experience in feasibility studies, design, maintenance, and supervision of diverse infrastructure projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BSc Eng / BEng / MSc Eng).
• Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA.
• Minimum of 15 years' relevant engineering experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in site supervision, construction management, and quality assurance for large-scale developments (e.g., universities, hotels, residential and commercial buildings).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and discipline-specific software tools.
• Ability to interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
