Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Course Facilitator based in Durban. The Course Facilitator will be responsible for delivering course material effectively, guiding students through their learning journey, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering an engaging learning environment. Additional duties include evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with other team members to enhance curriculum quality and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively manage and engage with students in a classroom setting.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing course content and delivering it in innovative ways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students and address their learning needs.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage classroom logistics and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and provide individual support where needed.
  • Previous experience in education, training, or facilitating learning programs is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Development Practitioner, Poultry Farm Supervisor or Garden Designer are essential with a facilitator qualification is preferred.
