We're Hiring: Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

At Franjos Kitchen, we nourish and support mothers with functional, health-focused snacks and hydration products. Bumpnbub is the personal brand of our founder, Aliza Carr.

Together, these brands serve a loyal, fast-growing community of mums around the world (with a focus primarily on Australia) and now we're looking for a Cape Town-based creative powerhouse to help lead our next chapter, who will work in person with Aliza (based in CT).

This Role Is For You If You:

Live and breathe content, trends, and community

Are obsessed with marketing and influencer culture

Want to try new things, test, learn, iterate

Have a sharp mind for strategy and a love for storytelling

Are confident creating
and
analysing content that converts

Are a mum, love supporting mums, or deeply get the motherhood space

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across IG + TikTok (grid, reels, stories, UGC)
  • Work in-person weekly with Aliza on campaign + content capture
  • Grow our presence on IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn (for both brands)
  • Build + manage influencer relationships (gifting, paid, campaign collabs)
  • Jump into the DMs and comments to engage with our community in real time
  • Help shape + execute community campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with our Australian-based marketing team

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years in social media, content marketing, or digital strategy
  • Confident shooting/editing content on Reels, TikTok, CapCut, etc.
  • Strong visual eye - ideally with Canva or basic design skills
  • Strategic thinker with creative hustle
  • Clear communicator, self-starter, organised and proactive
  • Flexible with timezones (our HQ is in Australia)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships
  • Personal brand or creator-side experience
  • Photography/video editing skills
  • Experience growing LinkedIn pages or founder profiles
  • Experience in parenting, wellness or FMCG brands
