We seek an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our marketing team As a Digital Account Manager at our company, your primary duties will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

Our fast-growing marketing company needs someone to bring discipline and rigor to our company. We aim to find someone who can grow with us and play bigger roles in the company. We're a small team, and company culture is important to us. We're happy to train the skills. However, the ideal applicant has a great attitude, gritty drive, and a desire to delight our clients with successful projects. Our ideal candidate loves working with clients and finds satisfaction in building relationships.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing clients to understand their business and their needs and deliver results
  • Perform copywriting for social media posts
  • Create engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and increasing brand awareness
  • Prioritize and manage workload efficiently
  • Analyze reports and marketing results to drive the marketing strategy for the clients
  • Constantly innovating and ideating

Qualifications:

  • Awareness and ability to see what needs to be done and make it happen. This is not your role if you need to be constantly told what to do.
  • Has a social media background
  • Photo editing experience
  • Video editing experience (specifically focused on engaging reels)
  • Copywriting experience

This will be a fast-paced and rapidly evolving job. Be comfortable with change and bring an extra side of grit. We're moving fast.
