To lead, influence, and facilitate the strategic roadmap for the Non Clothing CFH Business Units.

Drive the effective implementation of strategic plans by building strong relationships and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic direction for the CFH Business Units in line with the Pep strategy.
  • Achieves operational effectiveness through managing the financial performance of CFH.
  • Optimize the sales performance and stock position to achieve maximum profit.
  • Develop, implement and maintain best practice processes, standards, policies and procedures.
  • Identify, facilitate and implement collaborative planning across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Respond and resolve sales and availability related issues.
  • Build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders e.g. Merchandise, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
  • Influence people selection and contracts performance expectations with team
  • Contributes to the development of Planning Managers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Ad hoc projects

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Business degree (B Com or equivalent qualification with commercial and analytical subjects)
  • 5 – 8 years' experience in Planning
  • 5 Years' experience in a management position
  • Proven ability to leverage and optimise enterprise-scale planning systems to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Computer Literacy ( Advanced)
  • Retail experience of at least 7 years
  • Competencies required: Decision making; Business Acumen; Solutions-focused; Planning, organising and control; Negotiation and Influencing; Communication skills (both written and verbal); Stress tolerance; Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching skills
