Requirements

  • Basic Literacy
  • Good verbal communication
  • No criminal record
  • Able bodied and physically fit
  • Willing to work in all-weather condition

Key Performance Areas

  • Stopping traffic to ensure that pedestrians can cross safely
  • Assisting physically challenged or any other persons in need of

additional assistance to cross the road safely.

  • Keeping accurate record of incidences and start and end

times.

  • Activating pedestrian signals when and where applicable
  • Managing training and skills development and the transfer of

skills and knowledge

  • Perform general and operations tasks
