Software Support Intern – Time and attendance based in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

·       Grade12 with 60% in Mathematics

· Year IT related diploma or degree

·       Own reliable vehicle

·       Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.

·       Demonstrates a high level of integrity, trustworthiness & reliability.

·       Strong Technical & problem-solving skills.

·       Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       The ability to work on own initiative.

·       Friendly, organised and neat.

·       SQL knowledge will be beneficial

·       Project management knowledge will be beneficial

·       Own Reliable Motor Vehicle is a necessity

·       Must be able to work well in a team

·   Self-starter with excellent time management

Responsibilities

·       Telephonic and Remote Software and hardware support

·       Remote and online software implementation and project implementation

·       Client software training and assistance

·       Configuration and maintenance of customer requirements

·       Collaborate and work with other team members to ensure the best solution is implemented for the customer.

·       Accurate customer requirement analysis to deliver the best solutions to customers at all times

·       Maintain customer's systems, relationships and deliver excellent remote or onsite customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

·       General admin related to the position
