Minimum Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred (call centre or retail environment advantageous)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Familiarity with email, chat platforms, and CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of Google reviews and online customer engagement
  • Proficiency in English

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer and store queries, feedback, or service-related issues
  • Respond to customer and store queries via email, WhatsaApp and live chat platforms
  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews and escalate concerns where necessary
  • Log and track customer and store interactions using internal systems
  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information
  • Resolve customer and store complaints efficiently and empathetically
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer and store interactions
